COLLINS PARK ARTIST & WORKFORCE HOUSING

This new development is located minutes from the Miami Beach Boardwalk. Collins Park will offer both student and workforce housing options and is expected to be completed in Fall 2023.

 

Blinn College

This property consists of 464 fully furnished beds arranged in suite-style units. The project will also include 9,000 square feet of common space including study space, an outdoor courtyard, and a large state-of-the-art engineering classroom for student to take remote classes.

Opened in 2020, the community houses 180 residents throughout 52 fully furnished apartments. Dogwood Hall was designed for academic and social success and offers a variety of amenities that enhance the overall student experience
